Order Processing and Tracking

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, typically between 3 and 7 days for more complex products, such as shoes or clothes in AOP.

How do I check the status of my order?

All orders ship with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the status of the package in transit. There are two ways to track your order:

• Through Your Account: The tracking link for your order is available on the order details page. In your account, select 'Orders' from the left column menu to view your order history. Tracking information is displayed on the right-hand side of the selected order.
• Via Email: A tracking link will also be sent to your email address once the order has been shipped. This allows you to easily monitor the delivery status of your order.
