Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, we are here to assist. Our return policy is as follows:

• Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Exclusions: Customizable items cannot be returned. 

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at ciao@italiadistrict.com. We will provide you with a return address and instructions. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect on receipt, please contact us so that we can assess and rectify the situation. It is not necessary to return damaged or incorrect goods.

Exchanges

If an item is returned unused and in its original condition, we will issue a credit for the value of the merchandise. This credit can be used towards purchasing alternative products. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items. Proof of purchase and the condition of the merchandise will be required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 1–2 days.
